Our online self service

The self-service portal provides a top-notch user experience on an administrative level. We've rebuilt the portal to cover all of the most important use cases, like requesting support, paying bills, exploring meter usage and arranging a move to a new location. The new intake experience also facilitates a custom user registration and creation.

Discount management

Go to market quickly and without customization with our new types of discounts and rebates. Model your own rules by using Excel-like formulas and functions to create things like multi-commodity discounts, limited-time offers, and more.

Dynamics CRM integration

We offer seamless integration with Dynamics' marketing capabilities out of the box, so your front office can profit from our 360° customer view. This integration also ensures your front office stays online 24/7, even when your back office is down.

Multichannel document output

We added social listening functionalities to create a true 360° view of your customers. All interactions across all channels can be brought to a single department in your organisation. This way, tone-of-voice mismatches and conflicting messages are a thing of the past.
